Akufo-Addo nomintes new DCE for Asante Akim Central

Reports reaching Otec fm indicates that the President his Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo has nominated Madam Susan Akomea as the MCE for Asante Akim Central district of the Ashanti region.

The Asante-Akim Central Municipal Assembly rejected the nomination of Mr. George Baffour Kyei as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) in an election supervised by the Electoral Commission (EC) with the Ashanti Regional Minister, Mr. Simon Osei-Mensah, and his Deputy, Madam Elizabeth Agyemang as observers.
