Asamoah Gyan urges GFA to Protest Uganda draw

Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan has urged the Ghana Football Association to protest the stars’ drawn game with the Cranes of Uganda.

The game which officially ended Ghana’s chance of qualifying for the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia has been marred with controversies over officiating.

Many Ghanaians have expressed regret over the quality of officiating with many asking for a replay of the game.

The linesman’s decision deprived the Black Stars a late winner in the 93rd minute after Raphael Dwamena netted for Ghana

The referee ruled the Dwamena  was in an offside position.

Ghana’s captain who could not play today’s game due to injury wrote on tweeter minutes after the game “How on earth can this goal be disallowed? @ghanafaofficial we have to protest.. this no “fa ma Nyame” matter… I’m so furious”.
