Nana Addo will go before his time-Brogya Genfi

Aspiring National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Yaw Brogya Genfi says President Akufo Addo is likely to vacate the Presidential seat before his four-year mandate expires.

An unhappy Brogya Genfi told Bernard Buachi of rawgist.com the raising of taxes as witnessed in the mid-year budget review presented by the Minister of Finance contradicts what the President and his party promised Ghanaians prior to their winning power.

He calls on Ghanaians to reject any attempts to raise taxes since it is an insult to their intelligence.

“Anywhere in the world, Akufo Addo would have gone before his time. Our Parliamentarians must begin to bite”, he said and suggested an impeachment proceeding be triggered immediately.

“He has not lived up to expectation and should not be allowed to complete his four-year tenure”, Brogya opined.

He says it is very important the minority trigger an impeachment process against the President despite their numbers. He says their number is enough to initiate the process for Ghanaians to know what is happening and the fact that the NDC will fight for them.
