Armed robbers break into Police Armory at Daboya; steal weapons

Armed robbers have broken into a Police armory in the Northern Regional town of Daboya, making away with some unspecified number of weapons.

Kasapafmonline.com has gathered that the Police officer who was supposed to have been on duty on Saturday when the incident happened has been interdicted while investigations continues.

It is believed the Policeman on duty left his post giving access to the armed robbers to break into the armory.

Information suggest this is not the first time Police properties have been stolen, as a year ago motorbikes belong to police officers were stolen from the barracks.
