Pankrono: Deeper Life Aid presents educational materials to  five needy students

The future of education of 5 brilliant but needy students  at Pankrono in the Kumasi Metropolis have been boosted  after  Deeper Life Aid, a wing of the Deeper Life Bible Church  presented  educational materials to them.

Among the educational materials include exercise books, text books, mathematical sets, note books, pens, bags, school uniforms, a pair of shoes among others.

Addressing the beneficiaries and participants, the national director of the Deeper Life Aid (DLAID), Pastor Benard Pari disclosed the (DLAID) which is Non-Governmental Organization seek to contribute to the wellbeing of children, families, and communities by providing support to them in areas such as Education, Health, Humanitarian and Emergency relief among others.

Adding the changing dynamics of contemporary economic and social development makes it difficult for government alone the world over, to practically meet all the aspirations and needs of the citizens.

Pastor Benard Pari further stated within this context therefore, the Deeper Life Bible Church in Ghana in addition to attending to the spiritual needs of society has deemed it necessary to play a significant role in addressing the material and social needs of the poor and underprivileged at the National and Regional levels among others through the establishment of Deeper Life Aid (DL Aid), a faith based NGO.

He stressed DL Aid’s mission is to develop people and communities to meet their individual, community and National development needs and responsibilities through effective bottom-up strategies” and the vision is to be the leading faith based organization in sustainable holistic transformation of lives and communities in Ghana and beyond.

However the Ashanti Regional Overseer for Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Kumasi North Pastor Ernest Osei Bonsu also said use of illicit drugs (Tramadol) especially among the youth, fuel crime and insecurity, while undermining human rights and posing significant public health risk.

” These among other developmental challenges call for an all inclusive approach in tackling developmental issues in our communities” Pastor Ernest Osei Bonsu revealed.

The beneficiaries then promised to abide in God and learn to ensure the progress of the lives and development of the various communities they hail as well as Ghana.
