Mahama and his appointees were arrogant and disrespectful – Former National Treasurer

Immediate past national treasurer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Abdullah Ahmed, popularly known as Alhaji  PMC says he  suffered under the erstwhile Mahama led administration despite him being a staunch member and National Executive.

According to Alhaji PMC, the four year mandate which was given to Mr John   Mahama was full of stress, arrogant and disrespectful of the appointees in his Government.

Speaking in an interview on OTEC FM’s afternoon political talkshow dubbed DWABEREM, he recalled how he was denied off some privileges which were due him by some Minister’s and their deputies whiles in power even though he refused to mention their names.

Alhaji PMC stated that there were times he was not offered seat left alone for been attended to by most of Mahama’s ministers.

He recalls how he was denied permit to establish a radio station in Wenchi of the Brong Ahafo Region and other business entities he had made plans to set up.

He added that most of the appointees during the party’s time in power who are calling for the comeback of John Mahama as flagbearer and President are only doing so on their selfish interest. He reveals those Minister’s and appointees are only showering words of praise on the former President is to win his heart so they will be reappointed if he wins.

“They are only praising him for positions if the party wins in 2020 to continue with their arrogance lifestyle.

Alhaji PMC’s comment comes after all MMDCE’s of the erstwhile Mahama administration released a statement throwing their support for their boss but Alhaji PMC says Ghanaians must not give them that chance as they are not worthy to serve the country.
