The Youth Wing of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) branch in the United States of America (USA) has showered kindness to over 50 widows and widowers at the Harvesters Evangelistic Ministries in Bantama.

Each of the beneficiaries had a bag of rice, cooking oil, sardines with some bars of soap to wash at the house.

Presenting the items to the lucky beneficiaries during the Palm Sunday church service, Danny Opoku Antwi, Youth Organiser of NPP-USA said the wing sees widows as special people who need constant care.

‘’We decided to share what we have with widows and for us they are special people who need our constant if not daily care and support to make their lives better’’, the Youth Organiser stated.
