Voting for Mahama would be a costly mistake – Miracles Aboagye tells students

Dennis Miracles Aboagye, Communication Director for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s campaign, cautioned that electing John Dramani Mahama would be detrimental to Ghana’s progress.

Addressing OTEC School of Journalism and Communication Studies students, Aboagye stressed voting based on track records and policies.

The meeting with the students on Monday October 28, 2024, was part of campaign strategy by Miracles Aboagye to court support from the youth for Dr Bawumia

Aboagye emphasized Dr. Bawumia’s leadership will bring progress and effective governance through the NPP’s well-defined policies tackling Ghana’s challenges.

He warned voting for Mahama would abolish beneficial policies like Free SHS, National Identification Authority, and NHIS.

Aboagye highlighted Dr. Bawumia’s vision for Ghana’s development, focusing on education, healthcare, and economic growth.

He urged students to critically evaluate the candidates’ manifestos and choose the leader who would ensure a brighter future.

The NPP’s policies, Aboagye noted, have already positively impacted many Ghanaians.

He cited the Free SHS program, which has increased access to education, and the NHIS, which has improved healthcare outcomes. Voting for Mahama, Aboagye warned, would reverse these gains.

Aboagye’s caution comes as Ghana prepares for the 2024 elections, with voters weighing their options.

The NPP’s focus on policy-driven solutions and progress may resonate with voters seeking meaningful change.
