Meet the three newly elected NPP Vice Chairpersons

Kojo Fosu Boadu, popularly known as Kojo Bamba, has been elected First Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) following the party’s national elections in Kumasi.

Boadu emerged 1st Vice Chairman with 3116 votes, while Henry Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B, secured the Second Vice Chairman position with 3061 votes, and Nana Akomea was elected Third Vice Chairman with 2981 votes.

The election forms part of the NPP’s new national leadership team tasked with steering the affairs of the party following the national elections.

Kojo Boadu, Nana B and Nana Akomea were subsequently sworn into office alongside other newly elected national officers.

Former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu, has been elected National Chairman of the party at its National Delegates Conference held at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

Mr Boadu, who polled 2888, emerged victorious ahead of former Energy Minister Boakye Agyarko, 2048 votes and former National Chairman Paul Afoko who polled 490 votes.
