Assembly woman lauds Akufo-Addo for faith in women

An Assembly woman for Dwaaho in the Ahafo Ano North Hon. Comfort Darbo has lauded president Akufo Addo for believing in the abilities of Ghanaian women.
She has commended the president  for having faith in women to an extent of believing that a  woman can be President of Ghana one day.
The Assembly woman who is also one of the youngest in the country has thanked the president for his commitment to foster gender equality and equal treatment for women in the country.
She added that no wonder President Akufo Addo is the first President of Ghana to appoint a woman as his Chief of Staff and has given women some influential positions in the country.
 She appealed to all citizens of the country to rally behind women, especially women with the fortitude to lead and to do away with all the misconceptions about women Leaders.
”With this it will help  develop the abilities in women to be leaders in all spheres of their lives without any fear from the public,” she said.
