Accra Hearts of Oak needs massive spiritual interventions- Assistant Coach
Edward Nii Odoom (Hearts Assistance Coach)
Hearts of Oak assistant coach Edward Nii Odoom has revealed that his players needs massive spiritual supplications and edifications from the fans to enable them perform better in the ongoing Ghana premier League.
In an interview on OTEC Fm’s Royal Sports, Odoom observed that Hearts of Oak players are doing their best but demanded massive spiritual interventions from the supporters for them to succeed.
“What the team needs now is supplication as well as divine edification even though the boys (players) are doing their best but more to be done to enable them to overcome these challenges” Odoom told OTEC Fm.
“We have Christians, Muslims and Buddhist among our supporters, they should all pray if they love the team” he added
Hearts are currently in 9th on the league table with 10 points after recording their fourth loss of the season against Karela Fc.
Newly promoted Karela United FC with a spirited second-half performance overturned 1-0 deficit to beat Hearts of Oak 3-1 at the Crosby Awuah Memorial park on Wednesday in Nzema Aiyinase.
