Kotoko signs water sponsorship deal with Paradise Pac

Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club has agreed a two year water sponsorship deal with Paradise Pac Mineral Water, producers of treated drinking water, effective November 1, 2018, in an announcement made on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Sports Hotel in Kumasi.
The deal, signed by the Chief Executive Officer of Paradise Pac Mineral Water, Asamoah Gyan and the Chief Executive Officer of Kotoko, George Amoako, will see the most supported football team in Ghana taking a package of GHC 120,000 a year as well as water products.
Kotoko, the two times CAF Champions League winners, has been sponsored by Everpure Mineral Water, as an official water supply since 2011 with a price of GHC 2,500 a month.
The Chief Executive officer for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, George Amoako, revealed that the new package will give them financial strength to compete at both local and international levels.
“This is the best water supply partnership we have obtained so far, though the contract is initially a two year term but we hope we will move forward over and beyond the two year mandate,” the CEO said.
“I am very confident this time around we are dealing with a professional organization that will want to work with the new competent Kotoko management to achieve our goals,” he added.
Asamoah Gyan after the deal said choosing Kumasi Asante Kotoko is the best promotional tool to help the company maximize its profit because of the large base of the club’s supporters.
“My company is proud to be associated with the club with the largest supporting base in Ghana, and been a fan of the club, it’s very wise join it and sell my products. Am very optimistic I will realize my goals at the end of the deal,” the Black Stars captain said.
Paradise Pac deal starts on November 1, 2018, immediately the Everpure’s deal ends in October this year.
