
Ghana’s case count of the novel coronavirus has jumped to 1671; with the deaths toll climbing up to 11, the Director of Ghana Health Service, Dr Patrick Aboagye has said.
According to the Director-General of the Ghana Health Service, Dr Patrictk Aboagye, 33 more patients have recovered, sending the total number to 188.
This was announced by the Ghana Health Service Director-General at a press briefing on Tuesday, April 28, 2020.
Dr Aboagye stated that 1,461 are doing well with no symptoms and are currently responding to treatment. He added six are moderate to critically ill.
According to him, 1,461 are well or showing “no symptoms and responding to treatment”.
