Goodwill message to Muslims on the occasion of Eid-U fitr by Musah Superior
Today marks the end of the thirty 30 fast of the lslamic calendar. On behalf of my family and the Peoples’ Campaign, I wish to extend our sincerest greetings to all Muslims in Ghana and abroad for a successful and incident free Ramadan.
Ramadan is a special occasion that connects muslims together and enjoin them in prayer for the benefits of mankind.
During this period, they uphold and demonstrate mutual support for the less privileged and reaffirm their societal values and beliefs in absolute caring and sharing.
May all the fasting and prayers be answered towards the common good of the people.
The official end of Ramadan marks Eidul Fitr. We join Muslims to celebrate this important festive period.
I will like to take this opportunity to call for the continous maintenance of peace and stability, respect for the rule of law, religious tolerance and diversity.
