Checkout list of new transport fares

The Ghana Private Road Transport Union (GPRTU) has released a new set of transport fares following the 19% adjustment beginning Saturday October 29,2022.
The new fares which are billed to shoot up starting tomorrow have already generated scuffles between passengers and drivers in parts of the country.
Commuters woke up on Tuesday October 25, 2022 to an upward adjustment in transport fares across the country ahead of the official announcement by GPRTU and government.
In the Ashanti Region, some passengers claim commercial drivers have increased their transport fares by 20 to 30 per cent contrary to the 19 per cent announcement by government and GPRTU.
To help solve the fisticuffs in commercial cars, GPRTU has released a set of calculated transport fares to guide both drivers and commuters.
