AFCON 2017: Odartey Lamptey calls for massive support for Avram Grant

Former Ghana striker Odartey Lamptey wants massive support for Ghana coach Avram Grant ahead of Ghana’s participation at next year’s Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.

Odartey comments is in the wake of recent talks that the Israeli trainer should be sacked following their recent slump in form.

With less than three months to the start of the Afcon tournament, Odartey says all Ghanaians must support Avram Grant to lead Ghana to winning the title.

“Let’s give Grant all the support to win AFCON 2017,’ he told Asempa FM

‘The only way to be successful at next year’s tournament is to give the coach the support.

Ghana were drawn Egypt, Uganda and Mali in Group D and will be based in the Gabonese city of Port Gentil.
