MUSICIANS AND PRODUCERS ENDORSE NANA ADDO

A group calling itself the Ghana National Music Composers and producers for Nana Addo and Dr. Bawumiah 2016 (GHANA MMA) have declared support for the NPP to win this years General elections.
The group which is made up of veteran musicians, producers and composers around the country have pledged to ensure a one touch victory for Nana Addo and the New Patriotic Party.
Spokesperson for the group, A.F. Samuel told OneCharles on the maiden edition of Otec fm’s Anokyekrom that the entertainment industry has suffered the biggest blow in terms of sales and revenue as a result of poor economic management by the NDC under President Mahama.
Mr. Samuel explained that music and film producers who have invested time and other resources into the industry have seen little returns in recent times, culminating in huge indebtedness, fold ups, poverty and thereby making the entertainment business a very high risk investment portfolio.
He hinted that they will soon visit Nana Addo to announce their presence after which the group will embark on a massive campaign in various towns and villages to rake in more votes for Nana Addo and the NPP to win the elections.
Mr. Samuel however, urged Ghanaians especially colleagues in the entertainment industry to vote Nana Addo and the NPP to offer tax incentives to young entrepreneurs, establish a creative arts fund, create a division of the high court focusing on the creative arts and establish a creative arts council.
