Nana B describes Volunteers Media Communicators as “lazy and indiscipline”

The National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye has condemned the burning of mobile phones and credit cards by the Volunteers Media Communicators of the NPP in the Ashanti region and described them as “lazy people and indiscipline”.

The group, known as ‘NPP serial callers’, in a press conference in Kumasi on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, registered their displeasure against the neglect by the party after helping them to power in 2016, by burning their mobile phones and call credit card to symbolize the end of defending the party on all media platforms.

The group also accused the Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon. Simon Osei-Mensah and Ashanti Regional NADMO Director, Kwabena Nsenkyire, for their hardships.

Nana B, in his reaction to the group’s decision to quit, told otecfmghana.com that “the party acknowledges and appreciates the works of these people, prior to the elections and beyond. The party has offered employments to some of them, according to their skills, but because of their laziness, they have declined.”

“There were some job avenues on security with GHC700 as a monthly salary, which I offered to some of them, but to my surprise, they rejected it, as the amount is small. I also offered them another opportunity at the Forest Commission, as forest guards, they rejected that one too, what else do they want, this is purely indiscipline” Nana B added.
