Atwima Takyiman Presby Church Honors AtwimaHene, three others for Exceptional Supports

The Presbyterian Church at Atwima Takyiman in the Kwadaso Municipality of the Ashanti Region has recognized four chiefs from the Atwima Traditional Council for their outstanding contributions to the church’s growth.

 The chiefs were honored for providing vast lands for church buildings, bungalows for pastors, and school facilities.

The awardees include, Paramount Chief of Atwima Traditional Council, Nana Antwi Agyei Brempong II, Atwima Hemaa, Nana Akua Akyere II, Atwima Kyeame, Nana Tieku Owusu Ansah and Atwima Nifahene, Nana Afriyie Takyi III

The citations were presented on Sunday, August 25, 2024, during the church’s heritage week, which showcased the community’s culture.

 Residents’ Pastor, Mr. Owusu Brempong, praised the chiefs for actively spreading the gospel and thanked them for their unwavering support.

In response, Nana Afriyie Takyi and Kyeame Tieku Owusu Ansah expressed gratitude for the recognition and pledged their continued support to the church.
