Former Managing Director for State Transport Corporation, Nana Akomea, has shed light on the intentions behind the 2024 flagbearer’s thank you tour.
According to Nana Akomeah, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia planned the tour with good intentions to unite the party.
Speaking on the Kumasi-based OTEC 102.9 FM’s afternoon political show Dwabrem hosted by Prince Nii Ardey (Dr Cash), Nana Akomea emphasized that Dr. Bawumia’s efforts were geared towards bringing the party’s hierarchy together.
Nana Akomeah revealed that Dr. Bawumia planned the thank you tour with NPP’s national executives, with the aim of fostering unity within the party.
He noted that Dr. Bawumia’s call for unity was a sign that he meant well for the party.
