Chairman COKA confident of landslide win in Ashanti NPP Regional Chairman race

A stalwart of the Opposition New Patriotic Party NPP, Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, popularly known as Asanteman COKA, says he is confident of polling not less than 90 percent of votes in the pending Ashanti Regional elections.

According to him, he is very positive that a mass number of delegates will endorse his candidature and push him to lead the party in the region.

He made the comment in an interview with Dr. Cash on OTEC FM’s Afternoon Political show, Dwabrem, on Monday.

“I know how I served the party over the years, have always been there for the party, delegates serving them and I am very optimistic they will rally behind me to lead the party,” he said.

COKA added that his track record and commitment to the NPP give him an edge ahead of the contest.

“Anything less than 90 percent of the votes will be a disappointment for me because I have done my checks and I believe strongly party members will endorse me in a landslide win,” he stated.

The aspiring Ashanti Regional Chairman called on delegates to unite behind him to reposition the NPP for victory in the 2028 general elections.
