Oforikrom MP Donates 20 Sewing Machines to St. Louis Senior High School
The Member of Parliament for Oforikrom in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Mark Aiddo, has made a significant contribution to the education sector by donating 20 brand-new sewing machines, along with security machines, to St. Louis Senior High School.
This generous donation aims to enhance the school’s home science department and provide students with practical skills.
Speaking to OTEC news reporter Yaa Serwah Gina, Hon. Aiddo emphasized his commitment to supporting education in Oforikrom.
He noted that this donation is part of his efforts to help the three secondary schools in the area, having already started with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Senior High School and Mancell College
Hon. Aiddo had promised the school’s Headmistress, Kyerewaa Benefo, that he would donate the sewing machines, regardless of the election’s outcome.
The Headmistress, Kyerewaa Benefo, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Mark Aiddo and his team for their kindness and support.
This donation is a testament to Hon. Aiddo’s dedication to giving back to the community and promoting education in the region.
