The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua, has expressed profound personal fulfillment in his ongoing commitment to aiding the needy and vulnerable members of society.

A Dedication to Giving Back:
Speaking to the media following a generous donation to the Missionaries of Christ Children’s Home at Ash Town, Lawyer Kodua emphasized that the joy he derives from supporting others is unparalleled.
The donation, which coincided with his birthday on November 14, 2025, included essential items such as food, soft drinks, second-hand clothing, detergents, and toiletries.
“Since turning 30, I have made it a tradition to celebrate every one of my birthdays at a selected Children’s Home or Orphanage,” the NPP Scribe shared.
He noted that, “Today, I am privileged to be in Kumasi to share what I have with these children, and that is precisely what brings me the greatest fulfillment.”
Call for Compassion:
Lawyer Kodua used the occasion to advise the public by urging them to take delight in assisting others, particularly the sick, the weak, and the vulnerable.
He passionately noted that such acts of generosity and goodwill serve to highlight and affirm the inherent humanity in people.
The NPP General Secretary stressed that it is a poor and regrettable attitude to hoard possessions or money when others are in genuine need.
“I will take this opportunity to advise the public, especially politicians, to cultivate the habit of helping or assisting others when they are in need, as that is the very essence of being human,” Lawyer Kodua asserted.
Focus on Party Unity and Rebuilding:
Joined by key Ashanti Regional Executives of the party, as well as constituency and polling station executives, the NPP General Secretary transitioned the discussion to the party’s ongoing efforts.
He took the opportunity to admonish them to fully support the restructuring and rebuilding initiatives of the NPP.
He tasked them with diligently fulfilling their respective roles as the party navigates these essential processes.
When pressed about his potential interest in re-contesting the General Secretary position, Lawyer Kodua chose to decline making an emphatic statement.
Instead, he strongly encouraged party members to maintain unity, even when faced with divergent opinions on various matters.
“I am confident that the NPP will rise to govern Ghana again as long as we stay united in our restructuring and rebuilding efforts, since our track record in government is demonstrably better than that of any other political party,” the General Secretary stated.
