The MTN Ghana, as part of activities to mark ten years of Moblie Money (MoMo ) operations in Ghana has rewarded 25 loyal MoMo customers in the Ashanti region.
Three out of the customers who emerged with the highest number of MoMo transactions for the month of September were given Hyundai i10 cars in the second batch of MTN MoMo @10 promotion.
In all seven poeple recieved 65 and 55 inches of Samsung Flat screen television while 14 people recieved electric cash amounting to GH¢ 29, 000 .
The three month MTN @10 promotion which was launched in July 2019 was expected to reward over 1000 MoMo users with prizes included Hyundai cars , smart televisions and electronic cash.
Presenting the awards to the winners the General Manager in charge of sales for MTN at the Northern Sector Nii Adotey Mingle said MTN acknowledges the immense contribution to the success of MoMo in the past 10 years, adding that MTN would have been ungrateful without rewarding their royal MoMo customers.
He explained that the MTN MoMo had operated in Ghana for 10 years and therefore launched the promo to encourage their customers.
He congratulated the winners for participating in the MTN @10 promo and charged them to keep patronizing products from MTN to experience the best of services .
Nii Adotey Mingle disclosed that, five out of the 10 Hyundai i10 cars came to the Ashanti region after the promotion ,a situation he described as encouraging in the region.
One of the ultimate winners who went home with Hyundai i10 car Jones Agyeman said he never believed he was going to win the car.
He thanked MTN for honouring the end of their bargain by given him the car.
For her part Rosalin, a student who went home with Gh¢ 2000 expressed her profound gratitude to MTN for the prize.
