Prof. Ameyaw Akumfi leads Ntim and others on a social media survey

A Social Media voting organized by the Grassroot base of the NPP party to test which of the personalities vying for the National Chairmanship position has put Former Education Minister and current Chairman of Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund, Professor Christopher Ameyaw Akumfi ahead of his three (3) other competitors.
As at the time of filing this report on the survey the voting trend, 535 grassroots and party faithfuls have voted with Prof. AMEYAW Akumfi gaining 410 votes representing 77% of the votes cast,followed by Mr. Steve Ntim with 84 votes representing 16% of the votes cast, Mr Stephen Asamoah Boateng with 39 votes representing 7% and the current national chairman Mr. Freddy Blay having 2 votes representing 0%.
According to the Organisers with majority forming the grassroot base of the party, voters are required to chose which of the contenders will best help to ensure party development and prepare the party ahead of election 2024 and beyond in achieving the agenda breaking the 8.
