NAM1 arrives in Ghana, whisked to Police HQ for interrogation

The embattled Chief Executive Officer of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah is
currently been interrogated by the officers of the Financial Crimes Unit of the Ghana Police Service CID, at the Police Headquarters, Accra, otecfmghana.com can confirm.

Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1, arrived at the Kotoka International Airport via Emirates Airline flight EK787 on Thursday and was quickly whisked away by security operatives.

NAM1 was in police custody in Dubai for six months due to a criminal case brought against him by a private company in that country.

He has been declared wanted in Ghana over allegations of fraud brought against him by some persons who invested in his gold dealership company, Menzgold but have not been paid their dividends or principals for several months.

Friends and family members of NAM1 have gathered at the premises of the Police CID headquarters to show solidarity.
