Kumasi: 50 year old man found dead in his room at Ashtown

A 50-year-old man identified as Bra Kofi has been found dead in his room at Ashtown White House in the Kumasi Metropolis.

According to eyewitnesses, residents began noticing a strong unpleasant smell coming from the deceased’s room on the previous day but were initially unable to identify the source of the odour.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with OTEC News reporters Solomon Nimo and Diana Asare, some residents disclosed that they had not seen Bra Kofi for the past four days and assumed he had travelled, only to later discover that he had died in his room.

The incident has since been reported to the police, who have commenced investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death.
