Bawumia extends condolences to family of John Kumah
In a solemn visit Friday afternoon, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), paid his respects to the bereaved family of the late John Ampontuah Kumah, expressing heartfelt condolences and signing the book of condolences.
Dr Bawumia, accompanied by the Chief of Staff, Chairman of the NPP, and other government and party officials, offered his sympathies to the immediate family, remembering the late John Ampontuah Kumah as a hardworking and dedicated member of the NPP.
Reflecting on their collaborative efforts on various projects, Dr Bawumia acknowledged the immense contribution of the late MP for Ejisu and expressed deep admiration for his commitment to the party and the nation.
“Ghana and the NPP have lost a hardworking son,” remarked Dr Bawumia during the visit.
He extended his deepest condolences to Lilian Kumah, the widow, and the children, as well as the late MP’s mother, the entire family, and all loved ones affected by this tragic loss.
In closing, Dr Bawumia bid farewell to the late John Ampontuah Kumah, saying, “John, damirifa due!” – a heartfelt farewell acknowledging the departed’s peaceful rest.
