Kwadaso poor roads: Sack Asabea and give us Kofi Job – Residents appeal to government

Residents from four communities in the Kwadaso Municipality have appealed to government to allow renowned contractor Kofi Job to take over the stalled road construction project.
The residents claim that Asabea Constructions, the original contractor, has failed to work on the road from Ohwimase to Foase for eight years.
They believe Kofi Job would have done a better job if he had been awarded the contract.
The residents’ plea comes after they staged a protest against Asabea Constructions, citing the poor state of the road on Tuesday.
According to the residents, Kofi Job’s expertise and reputation for delivering quality road projects make him the ideal candidate to take over the project.
Some of the residents in an interview with OTEC News Reporter Kwame Agyenim Boateng on Tuesday October 28,2025 cited Kofi Job’s quality work he did in the area specifically Diamond Hills residential area.
“We all saw the good raids Kofi Job built when he was assigned to work at Diamond his, his quality works across the country are evident in itself”. A protestor said.
“Give the contract to Kofi Job and we strongly believe he will give us quality road project”. Another resident said.
Kofi Job’s company has been involved in several high-profile road construction projects in Ghana
His ability to complete projects efficiently has earned him recognition in the industry.
