The forecourt of the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the Ashanti Region is ready to host the Extra-Ordinary National Delegates Conference of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Sunday.
The Conference will be attended by delegates across the country and branches of the party in the diaspora as well as guests from the Diplomatic community.
The delegates will be made up of seven from each of the 275 Constituencies, Regional and National Executives, Council of Elders, Founding Members and representatives from the UK and Canada branches.
Speaking to otecnews, the Ashanti Regional Communications Director of the party, Kwasi Kyei, said the conference has only one main item on the agenda which is to seek the delegates’ ratification or otherwise of the proposed amendments of some provisions of the NPP Constitution.
