The Second Lady of the Republic of Ghana, Her Excellency Samira Bawumia has assured Ghanaians that her husband the Vice President of Ghana is doing very well and looks forward to returning to work soon.
Mrs. Bawumia said her family is grateful to Ghanaians and well-wishers from across the world for their prayers, support and best wishes.
The Second lady made this known via her twitter handle.
It would be recalled that last week a statement from the Presidency revealed the Vice-President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has been flown to the UK for further medical treatment after he was reported unwell.
The Statement said the Vice-President was joined by his wife for the UK trip.
