Ken Ofori Atta, Hajia Alima and Cecilia Dapaah are worst-performing ministers in new ASEPA survey

A 2019 Ministerial Performance Tracking report launched by Alliance Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA) has indicted Ghana’s sanitation ministry as worse-performing.

The report, which assesses the performance of the various Ministries and Ministers on five key performance indicators has also found some key ministries to be underperforming while giving others very high marks.

We also Assessment of various ministries of Ghana for 2019, and a proposal for immediate ministerial Reshuffle and structure reform Ahead of 2020.

How is the minister understand his job that was given to him by the president.

How is the minister go to  transform his or her ministry to even  develop more than what Ghanaians are expecting from him as a centre minister.

We have only 10  ministers who are performing very well as minister’s.

Some  of the ministry who is performing very  well is ministry of Tourism, ministry of works and housing,  ministry of Trade and Industry,  ministry of Agriculture.

Some of the minister’s who are Performing  well are:  Hon. Dan kwaku  botwe , Osei kyei Mensah Bonso,  Mr. Allan Kyeremanteng , Mr.  Akoto Afriyie,  and   parliament Affairs are also performing well.

And the west performing ministry are: Communications ministry,  Education ministry, and ministry of Finance.

 Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources Cecilia Dapaah, has been adjudged as the worst-performing

The worst performing minister Are: Ken Ofori Atta, and  Mattew Opoku Prempeh. Akwasi Amoako Atta

The report which was signed by the Executive Director of ASEPA, Mensah Thompson, also called for immediate ministerial reshuffle and the merging of some other ministries.

The report also recommended for the immediate scrap of the following: Special Development Initiative; Business Development, Planning; Inner City and Zongo Development; and the Minister of State at the Presidency in Charge of Agriculture.
