Tony Blair calls on Bawumia

Tony Blair and Dr Mahamudu Bawumia

Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair on Thursday, 3 February 2022 called on Ghana’s vice president Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.

The two leaders discussed the difficult global economic situation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

They also discussed the role digitalisation can play in Ghana and Africa as a whole to accelerate the process of recovery and transformation.
