General Secretary for the largest opposition political party in Ghana Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia has urged delegates who will be voting in today’s Ashanti Regional NDC executives election to vote for competent and trustworthy leaders who can help the party break the from opposition jail.
Addressing delegates at the Ashanti Regional delegate’s conference at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi, Mr. Asiedu Nketia said the time is due for the NDC to rescue Ghana from its current situation and that will require the service of competent and trustworthy leaders to do so.
He however urged candidates who may lose their positions not to see it as a failure but must understand its part of the game.
“So if by the end and someone has lost, you (that person) should understand that change in everything is constant and not to take offence of it” he added
