Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum
Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, a presidential candidate hopeful for the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), has explained why he’s contesting the party’s flagbearer race.
According to the former Education Minister, he wants to complete the good works he started while serving as a minister, particularly in the education sector.
Speaking on Kumasi-based OTEC 102.9 FM’s “Dwabrem” show, on Friday June 20, 2025 hosted by Nii Ardey Prince aka Dr Cash, Dr. Adutwum emphasized his resolve to lead Ghana with vision and purpose, aimed at developing the country.
He urged party members to endorse his candidature, pledging to work with them for a better Ghana.
Dr. Adutwum also promised to unite the NPP and lead the party to victory in the 2028 polls if given the nod to lead the party.
His comments come days after he declared his intention to contest the flagbearer position and lead the NPP into the 2028 general elections.
