The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) is set to revolutionize its service delivery with the launch of a fully operational virtual branch by the end of September 2025.

This initiative aims to improve compliance and provide optimum service to employers, aligning with SSNIT’s vision of building a modern, responsive, and sustainable pension system.

According to Director-General, Kwesi Afreh Biney, the virtual branch will offer real-time support from trained personnel, ensuring swift responses and a smoother user experience.

The Trust has steadily raised employer compliance over the  years through education, engagement, and digital convenience

Biney urged the public, particularly the self-employed, to enroll in SSNIT’s Self Employment Enrollment Drive to secure their future.

He assured that SSNIT will continue working hard to ensure the welfare of pensioners.
