Three dead, two injured in Kyebi–Asikam road accident

Three people have died and two others sustained injuries in a road traffic accident involving a Toyota RAV4 and a Kia Picanto on the Kyebi–Asikam road in the Eastern Region.

The accident occurred on Monday, 10 August, with the Kibi Fire Station responding to the scene.

A six-member fire crew arrived at about 3:30 p.m. and found the Toyota RAV4, with registration number CR 657-21, severely damaged at the front.

The Kia Picanto, registered GC 2066-19, had overturned and landed in a pit.
