Frimpong Manso Institute Congratulates Fathers on Father’s Day

The Frimpong Manso Institute (FMI) has joined the global community to congratulate fathers, particularly Ghanaian fathers at home and abroad, on Father’s Day.
According to FMI, fathers deserve honor for their paternal love and indispensable roles in shaping the lives of children.
The Institute in a press statement on Sunday, June 15, 2025 acknowledged the sacrifices fathers make to provide for their families and expresses appreciation for their efforts.
However, FMI notes with concern that some fathers’ lapses in authority and responsibility are weakening the moral fabric of the youth and the nation.
FMI calls on fathers to reassert their patriarchal roles, guiding their children with spiritual and moral values to guarantee a bright future. The Institute extends warm wishes to all fathers and father figures on this special day.
As the nation celebrates Father’s Day, FMI emphasizes the importance of fathers serving as positive role models for their children. By demonstrating integrity, compassion, and wisdom, fathers can help shape the next generation of leaders and citizens.
Ultimately, FMI believes that by working together, fathers, mothers, and the broader community can create a brighter future for Ghana’s youth and ensure the country’s continued progress and prosperity.
