About 500 police officers deployed for Asantehemaa’s One Week observation

The Ashanti Regional Police Command has deployed about 500 police officers to ensure maximum security during the one-week observation of the Asantehemaa, Nana Konadu Yiadom III.

According to the police, the deployment is part of their efforts to provide adequate security during the period.

The Head of Public Affairs for the Ashanti Regional Police Command, DSP Godwin Ahianyo, assured the public that security officers will be on standby to protect lives and property.

He added that other personnel from security agencies will join the police team to ensure a safe environment.

DSP Ahianyo urged the public to cooperate with the security personnel to achieve the desired security outcomes.

The police command is committed to ensuring the safety of all attendees during the observation.
