Ignore fake online fundraisers – Protocol

The Executive Producer for OTEC FM’s Nyansapo and Dwabrem programmes,  Eric Asamoah popularly known as ‘’Protocol’’   has counseled the public to ignore  online fraudsters soliciting funds in his name.

Speaking to OTECNEWS in an interview, Mr Asamoah noted that some groups or individuals have created a fake facebook account to engage in fundraising activities in his name.

‘’I wish to inform the general public that someone is currently using Eric Asamoah Protocol Facebook message in soliciting for cash with line 0557009479 MTN mobile number’’,  he warned.

‘’I have not sanctioned anybody   to solicit funds for any purpose.  I am therefore dissociating myself from any ongoing fundraising in my name’’.

For your information Protocol is not using the above MTN Mobile Number.
