Joy as Woman gives birth to quintuplets at Asankragua

A woman on Sunday morning gave birth to healthy quintuplets of five children at Asankragua Roman Catholic Hospital, one of the rare cases reported in Ghana.

The 30-year-old woman whose identifies is withheld gave birth to the quintuplets before her due date, with all the children weighing between 1.6 to 1.9 kilograms.

 He said: ‘I am extremely grateful to God for blessing us with not one but five children. ‘We were heartbroken when we lost our first child, a son, immediately after birth two years ago. I believe God has compensated the loss.
