Three police officers arrested for renting AK47 to armed robbers
Three police officers station at weija District police commander have been arrested by the Greater Accra regional police command, Anti robbery squad for allegedly hiring AK47 rifle to Armed robbers for robbery.
Source close to the police indicates that, these police officers gave the guns to the robbers over the weekend for robbery.
A man close to the weija district police command name withheld said, after the police officers handed over the guns to them , the robbers had a serious accident whiles they were on their way for robbery and they were rescued by an E-x police officers and that is where the through came out.
