The Kumasi Technical Institute (KTI) has been shutdown following student-agitation Sunday.
The students have been ordered to leave the premises of the school with immediate effect, otecfmghana.com has learnt.
Otec News sources say chaos broke out in the school after some form three students confronted teachers after an improper attire was seized from a student during prep.
Reports say the agitating students vandalised school properties including some teachers bungalow with machetes and other tools they took from the school’s storeroom.
Police is currently maintaining presence in the school. Unconfirmed reports say some students were injured in the melee.
