Information reaching OTECNEWS indicates that, a 16 year old boy has committed suicide by hanging at Asonomaso in the Kwabre East District of the Ashanti region.
Unit Committee Chairman in the community, King Aluta speaking to OTECNEWS, said, the deceased, Kwaku Prince was a bet addict.
According to him, mother of the deceased threatened to call the police if the child doesn’t stop this betting practice.
