A/R: Police arrest Man of God for shooting two in-laws at Ahwiaa
The 41-year year old self-styled pastor who allegedly gunned down two persons at Ahwiaa in the Ashanti Region has been arrested by police.
The suspect was reportedly apprehended on Sunday December 5, 2021 by police at Nyiaeso in the Kumasi Metropolis and was subsequently handed over to the Tafo-Pankrono Divisional Police Command.
Residents of Ahwiaa Anyinam, a suburb of the Kwabre East Municipality of the Ashanti Region on Saturday December 4, 2021, were thrown into a state of shock and mourning after Odiyifo Agyei shot his brother-in-law and one other woman who had come for a counseling.
The two victims who are in critical conditions have currently been admitted to a hospital receiving treatment.
The unfortunate incident according to reliable source occurred when his estranged wife stormed the house with his brother to pack her belongings.
“The self-styled pastor who was by then in a counseling section with another woman resisted his wife and the in-laws’ attempt to park the things.
The source further revealed that Prophet Agyei pulled a gun, pointed it to one of his in-laws, pulled the trigger and shot his thighs.
The bullet spread across and shot the woman who had come for the counseling.
