Frank Kapo Foundation donates food items and confectionaries to Save Our Lives orphanage home at Anwiankwanta

USA based Frank Capo Foundation has donated food items and confectionaries to the Save Our Lives Ghana, an orphanage home, at Anwiankwanta in the Bekwai municipal in the Ashanti region.
The items included bags of rice, cooking oil, canned foods, footwear, tissues, clothes, diapers, hand sanitizers, soaps and an undisclosed amount of money.

Ear, nose, eye, throat and chest free medical screening exercise was also done for the inmates of the home on Sunday, January 1, 2023.
Presenting the items and the cash to the home, Samuel Oppong, on behalf of the foundation said the donation forms part of their core mandate of helping the poor and the needy in the society.

He noted the inmates through no faults of theirs have become orphans, living in orphanage homes and they therefore need the support of the society.
“The founder of the foundation, Dr Frank Opoku Adu Brenya, believes that helping the poor is a surest way of helping them realizing their hidden potentials and putting smiles on their faces,” he said.

He urged the inmates to be obedient, listen to the advice of the authorities, take their education serious and above all not to be discouraged by their situation.

Paulina Opei, receiving the items and the cash thanked the Dr Frank Opoku Adu Brenya and his management for their kind gesture and prayed to God to reward them in abundance.
She promised to use the items for their intended purposes and revealed that it will go a long way to address their confronting challenges.
She told Otec News reporter Nana Akwasi Acheampong that the running of the home has become difficult due to inadequate resources, especially in these challenging economic woes.
She appealed to other benevolent individuals, organizations and corporate bodies to follow the footsteps of Frank Capo Foundation to come to their aid.
