Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, the running mate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has made a passionate appeal to residents in the Ashanti Region to show their appreciation for Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia’s leadership by voting massively for the party in the 2024 polls.
He urged the region to deliver 85% of their votes to the NPP, citing the party’s wise decision to select a running mate from the region as a testament to their commitment to the area’s development.
Speaking at the official presentation ceremony in the Ashanti Region, Dr. Opoku Prempeh pledged to be a unifier and work diligently towards victory in the 2024 polls.
He expressed his gratitude to the party for the opportunity to serve and promised to justify the trust placed in him.
The event was attended by thousands of NPP supporters, who hailed the party’s ticket and pledged their support for the upcoming elections.
