The Member of Parliament for Manhyia South Hon. Lawyer Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah has observed that the Ghanaian politician has failed to respect the average citizens and be concerned with plights of Ghanaians in solving their problems as leaders.
Speaking to OWIATV NEWS in an exclusive interview, the Manhyia South Legislature indicated that he sees the leadership has failed to resolve the basic challenges due to lack of unconcerned approach towards the needs of the masses.
He recounted that in some cases some of these needs of the people are not necessarily driven by huge resources but deliberate directions by the leadership could resolve such problems.
He asserted that both leaderships produced over the years by the various political parties have failed in these directions, adding that because of lack of respect from these politicians it transcends into neglect of promises made to the people during electioneering campaigns.
Making special emphasis at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi, Lawyer Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah said the conditions of families who are attending to their patients are always distasteful especially in the morning to watch.
He vehemently demanded immediate action from the management of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital to fix the no accommodation crisis faced by families of patients over the years emphasizing adding that this could be solved without necessarily bring the central government into the picture.
He emotionally charged the Ghanaian politician to be steadfast in solving the petty challenges faced by the people which does not in real case situations demand a fatty budget.
