JUSAG announces nationwide strike from 28 October
Mr Alex Nartey, President of JUSAG
The Judicial Service Staff Association of Ghana (JUSAG) has served notice its members will withdraw their services effective Thursday 28 October 2021 over poor conditions of service.
The association had given the government a 1 October ultimatum to implement the Judicial Council’s decision on their salaries and allowances but to no avail.
Addressing the media on Monday (18 October) in Accra, the national president of JUSAG, Alex Nartey, said members of JUSAG are disgruntled leaving the leadership with no other option than to resort to a strike to press home their demands.
