COCOBOD CEO Tours Cocoa Communities to Boost Productivity
Ghana COCOBOD CEO, Mr. Joseph Boahen Aidoo, has embarked on a tour of cocoa communities in Obuasi West Municipal and Adansi Akrofuom Constituency in Ashanti, aiming to enhance productivity and improve farmers’ livelihoods.
The tour focuses on educating farmers on adopting modern farming practices to maintain their farms and elevate their standard of living.
During the tour, Mr. Aidoo emphasized the NPP government’s commitment to supporting cocoa farmers through innovative initiatives, including hand pollination and other productivity-enhancing practices.
He urged cocoa farmers to vote for Dr. Bawumia to continue President Nana Addo Dankwa’s good work.
